At Best Quran Institute, we assure to give you the best learning experience. The learning experience provided by us comprises of a combination of: Good learning resources, Comfortable virtual environment, Consistent and Frequent support and feedbacks and Right payment at right time.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our online teaching sessions, you may contact us within 30 days from the date of enrollment and we will provide a full refund of your purchase.

While we strive to give your the best learning experience, it might come a time that you would ask for a refund. Our refund policy has our customer in the first priority. Hence, we always put customer needs first before ours.

Generally, refunds creates an unusual situation for the institute and students both. Students are, at times, not clear what is the refund policy. Even if they know they are shy or unwilling to use this option. If they know and even if the policy and is clear, they feel embarrassed to use their rights.

We are also quite flexible and happy to return the fee even if a lot of classes were already taken.

Note: If a student has crossed more than 30 days after the enrollment, and if a student takes a leave from their side or a student want to discontinue their classes before completing their current month, the refund cannot be initiated for the taken leaves or remaining days.
